If I needed one dollar would you give it to me? You see, I have a friend who is trying to raise $10,000 to realize a dream for her child, Meagan Fisher, to take the next step to hopefully become a World Class athlete. My friend, Leslie, came to me asking for help. Her daughter’s coaches say Meagan’s got what it takes to possibly end-up just like Morgan Uceny, who made it to the Olympics in track and field this year. Guess what? The two girls were even coached in the same town, Plymouth, IN. My hometown. So, I got to thinking, as a way to help my friend, what if I asked all of you for just $1.00? And YOU asked all of your friends for just $1.00? I told my friend, this is the perfect plan. But, everyone would have to help along the way. What would happen if everyone I know, did this one thing for me, just because I asked, for some child, you don’t even know? What if you get to see Meagan Fisher in the Olympics sometime in the near future, and know you helped her along the way. On my wall, below this post is a note from my friend, Leslie, with all the details on making a contribution to help Meagan realize this next goal in her athletic career. If I needed just one dollar, would you give it to me? Please repost this message and here’s a chance to Pay it Forward for just one child. What if?
