Let’s start with some announcements of what’s new:
I have a brand new adult novel out in the UK as of September 29th! It’s called Don’t Let Me Go, and it’s about a 10-year-old girl who’s rescued by a unique bunch of neighbors–and vice versa–in her seedy apartment house when her mother falls deeply into drugs. You can learn more by going to the Don’t Let Me Go page.
Also, if you’re one of my UK readers, my novel Electric God was released on April 28th in the UK, with the new title The Hardest Part of Love.
US readers, a brand new US edition of Second Hand Heartis now available in paperback and eformat. And the US edition of When I Found You is now out as well. So that gives you something to read while you’re waiting for Don’t Let Me Go And When You Were Older (my latest news–see below) to catch up!
(Confused yet? Don’t feel bad. After eighteen published and forthcoming books, I’m starting to have a little trouble keeping them sorted out myself.)
Also, while you’re waiting, there’s my most recent Young Adult novel (suitable for grownups, however)Jumpstart the World, which was chosen for the American Library Association’s Rainbow list and as a finalist for two Lambda Literary Awards.
Forthcoming for UK readers is When You Were Older (Spring 2012).
By the way, if you’re one of my UK readers, When I Found You andSecond Hand Heart will look like this.
Okay. Now that we have the news aside. I have to figure you’re here to learn more about me and my books. So I’ve made it a bit easier, I hope, with the “book navigation bar” down the left-hand side of every page.
If you’re not sure where to start, check out my newest releases, mentioned above. All the book covers and titles are links.
Or you can learn more about some of my other more recent in-print titles (I’m including Pay It Forward here because a brand new trade paperback edition was released in 2010):
If you’re interested in learning more about me as an author, you’ve come to the right place. There’s a great deal of information on my About Me page, and to get you started, here’s a video (click here) from a more recent author interview (Patti Patane, The Reading Light, May 2009):
