You were in the Atlanta airport recently and overheard me wishing for a 5 Hour Energy drink. Fate, luck or divine intervention put you there at the perfect time with the tools to help me out. While the “5 Hour” lasted a short time the bracelet you gave has lasted much longer. I pride myself on being an above average customer service agent by attempting to provide those I serve with not only what they ask for but also what I think they will need to have the best travel experience possible. Your bracelet has been noticed by several customers and coworkers so far and I hope inspired them to do more than “just enough” also. I have since started putting more effort into helping my coworkers let go of the small stuff and realize the benefits of doing more for others even if you won’t see the results.
